What a dramatic view from the curb! Wait until you get inside. Go through the arched porch to the extra wide entry with an 11'0" ceiling that sets the tone for this dignified and sublime residence. The the right is the very useful flexroom also with an 11'0" ceiling. Continuing on the great room with a 13'0" ceiling there is a huge wall of windows, French doors to a flagstone patio and a great timber framed screen porch with a rustic fire place to contrast with the more formal parts of the home. The open kitchen with a snack bar (seats 7 comfortably), oversized sink, and oversized range with a cook sink, a built in refrigerator plus a generous 3'0"X 7'0" work island is all you'll ever need to prepare those gourmet meals. The stairs to the future finished basement is extra wide and comfortable. Next to the stair is the access to the pantry, powder room, laundry and the three car garage.
