Summarized cost report will provide approximately 70 lines of cost detail within the following home construction categories: Site Work, Foundations, Basement (if used), Exterior Shell, Special Spaces (Kitchen, Bathrooms, etc), Interior Construction, Elevators, Plumbing, Heating / AC, Electrical Systems, Appliances, Contractor Markup.

A: Thanks you for your inquiry. The plan would likely not meet your specific CA codes. As in most cases, no matter where you live or the plan you buy, you would have to have the plan altered to meet local and state codes. Your builder/general contractor can assist you with this. If you are going it alone, you local government officials would be a good resource to help you to understand what is needed.
