Q:Hello, do you have a image of what the house will look like with the walk out basement option
A:Foundations available for this plan are Slab Crawlspace and Basement no extra fee
Walkout Basement is not yet done and the fee would be normally $295.00 (100% to designer) but we would honor the website price for only this customer $150.00 (100% to designer)
Unfinished showing a rear window and a patio door under the deck OR $395.00 (100 % to designer) to show a finished basement (family room, bedroom, bathroom, mechanical room) $350.00
Q:The rear elevation on the website shows some text that I cannot read. Will you clarify what all of the text says?
A:This is an elevation from the working drawings
At the top it says "roof vents as required" other words you will need roof vents determined by local codes
In the gable it says " gable end vents to owners specs" Meaning the owner or builder can choose the shape of the vent, a circle, octagon, shape shown etc. But there has to be a vent in this gable
Q:How high is the vaulted ceiling at the peak?
A:15 feet 3 inches
Q:Hello, Is the dormer with the window part of the homes interior or is it a window into the attic?
A:The living room ceiling is vaulted so there is no attic over the living room. Plus the dormer is OPEN to let light in
The dormer is centered over a shelf over the pantry, you could put plants on the shelf and they would get natural light.

The walkout is at the rear 2 French doors lead out under a covered deck
There are two windows at the side and mechanical us shown as well
NOTE the walk out version has been done on the Right Read Reverse only so if you want to order the plans not reversed expect a week delayed
