A: Thank you for your interest in SRD 684. We could possibly get a 13 x 12’6 room above the dining area, however access to it could create a challenge. We would have to re-engineer (possibly getting a structural engineer involved) the roof and floor joists, which we could not guarantee that once we got into it we would not need to make some modification to the roof. Possibly not noticeable. Let me know if you would like to pursue this further and we can do in depth calculations on feasibility and cost, once the decision is made to purchase the plan. Thanks again.
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
A: The national average for a house is running right at $125.00 per SF. You can get more detailed information by clicking the Cost-To-Build tab above. Sorry, but we cannot give cost estimates for garage, multifamily or project plans.
