Front Elevation for that plan is the black and white elevation you have shown further down in the images. The featured photo you posted first was taken of an as-built construction that was modified by the builder. This is correctly labelled beneath the photo on your website, "Photographs may show modified designs." Yes, Exterior wall construction is 2" x 4" Framing. Yes, this plan comes standard with Slab Foundation, which you have labelled correctly under "Available Foundation Types:". As we have stated before, we can provide customer request of optional foundations for any of our plans, Crawl Space, Basement or Walkout Basement, by requesting a modification quote from us for price and time frame to complete. About the Ceiling Height question, for this particular plan, Floor Plan is labelled correctly that ceiling heights are "10' ceiling unless otherwise noted". 10' ceilings would include Family Room, Breakfast Nook, Kitchen, Living Room.
