This charming Bungalow house plan features a large open floor plan with plenty of flexible space. The downstairs master suite includes a large walk-in closet, while space adjacent to the kitchen is a great breakfast nook. There are three bedrooms and two baths on the second floor. A: The stairs to go down would most likely be under the current stairs going in the opposite direction; the powder would need to be moved to another location. If the client wants the basement drawn as a walk-out basement or in-ground basement or a certain height, 9’-0”/10’-0” poured walls would need to know. Crawlspace location is towards the back right corner on the side but this can be located on-site when being built. We don’t have options for this plan. If the client is looking to modify the plans they can purchase the CAD files and have someone revise the drawings to their liking. The house comes standard with 2x4 wall construction. Normally thicker walls are called out if required per the build. We do have a 2x6 wall construction available where exterior walls are called out as 2x6.
