Q:I like this plan but was wondering if you have a plan that has the stairs on the left of the building and the upper level with 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom? The city does not permit us to have a detached apartment but we can have an attached garage with rooms above.
A:I am sorry, but I do not have a plan like this with four bedrooms. If you are thinking about attaching this to an existing house, I would encourage you to work with a local design professional though.
