Beach House Plan 51711 has a total of 4,806 square feet of living space on 4 levels. The lower level living space consists of the staircase at 140 square feet. Level one, at 2,562 square feet, consists of the main living space and three children's bedrooms. Moving up to level two (2,104 sq. ft.), the impressive master suite takes up the whole floor along with lots of great features. Up at the top (roof level), we find the roof viewing deck. In total, this lovely oceanside construction plan has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Beach House Plan With Luxury Master Suite
Beach House Plan 51711 has several features that you will not find in an ordinary home. Firstly, we highlight: Beach House Plan With Elevator. Enter via the lower level at the ground floor, and we find a massive area for storage. This is like having a basement, yet it's above ground. From here, you can access the elevator which takes you to each level except the roof viewing deck. Parking is available for various types and sizes of vehicles under the house. In addition, the garage accommodates 2 more cars.
Secondly, as a beach house, we must have great outdoor living space. This plan outdoes itself with a double porch at the front entrance. It's hard to choose where you will take in the ocean breezes and amazing view. Our favorite is the roof viewing deck that is accessed from the spiral staircase. Thirdly, Mom and Dad's bedroom is on a level all its own. It includes the upper floor deck, balcony, lounge, bar, reading area, three walk-in closets, two vanities, private toilet closet, steam room, freestanding tub, separate walk-in shower, and sauna.
Blueprints for Building By the Sea
Level one is the main floor, and it includes the main floor balcony. Homeowners of Beach House Plan 51711 will spend the most time here because the balcony faces your view of the rolling ocean waves. Slide back the doors to allow fresh air to flood the open living space. The kitchen has a large island the huge walk-in pantry. Guests will make their way from the game area and bar to the dining area to share a meal. Lastly, you and your guests will settle on plush sofas in the main living room or head outside.
Three bedrooms are located on this level. Bedroom 2 has a walk-in closet and shares the guest bathroom. Next, bedroom 3 has a private full bathroom.
