Q:Why can't I build this plan on a crawl space?
A:See plan 59005 for the slab/crawlspace foundation option.
Plan 59006 is not available with anything except basement because it has basement stairs in the plan. The basement stairwell area has been removed in plan 59005. Otherwise, its the same plan.

Q:does this house have an option of a vaulted ceiling in the living room?
A:Hello, The plan calls for a flat 8'ceiling in the great room, but the roofline will allow for a vault there if you prefer. We recommend making that simple change onsite by telling your builder.
