A: Sorry we don't have models or photos of this plan. There is an option on the working drawings for a bath and closet area at the top of the stairs, above the MBR closet/water closet.
View Attached FileA: The truss company will do a full set of truss drawings and they should have everything that they need from the working drawings. I noticed the plans don't show (and should) that the Foyer is a 9' ceiling however, the truss company will figure that out from the building cross section on sheet #7.
A: Ceilings are 8’ except... Living, Dining, Kitchen, Master Suite and Bed #3 vault to about 12’. Bed #2 vaults to approx. 10’-6”. Foyer is 10’ flat.
