Coastal Home Plan with 3 Bay Garage
Coastal Home Plan 77512 has everything you need to "live large." Firstly, there is a stunning garage with those cool contemporary doors. The left side is a 2 car bay at 20 feet wide by 23'6 deep, and the right side 1 car bay is slightly more shallow. Enter through the home into a hallway. From here, you have access to an oversized laundry room with counter space for folding clothes. Plus, there's a utility sink where you can soak paintbrushes and save your main sink. This laundry room is very close to bedrooms 2 and 3, so the kids have no excuse when it comes to getting their chores done on laundry day.
