A: Good afternoon, You are correct, there is access through the laundry room. The door is not shown as the original clients chose to use the space as an ADU but thee door is in the laundry. Thank you!
A: The main floor stair entry is from the foyer, and the 2nd floor stair entry is from the hall. The landing sits above the storage. Hopefully this clears things up. Thank you!
A: Good morning and thank you for your question, This is a roof framed with trusses, made of composition shingles. It can also be done with a metal roof if desired. For a tile roof, a local structural engineer would need to provide calculations. Thank you!
