A: Sorry, no CAD.
A: Yes, that is a common thing that has to be done. My plans are designed to be built in northwest Ohio, so my footing depth is 4'-0". In southern states footing depths are 18" or so. I'm sure the building officials understand this so there should be no problems just marking up the plans with a red pencil for a 1'-0" add-on.
