A: Hello, Thank you for your inquiry into design #41149. The answer to your question is yes, we are able to reduce the height to the structure down to 20’. A: Thank you for your interest in plan 41149. This plan is currently drawn with two 10’ wide by 12’ tall garage doors. If you have a specific garage door size you are looking to use we would be happy to review this design and provide a modification quote for incorporating custom sized garage doors.
A: Thank you for your interest in plan number 41149. The upstairs bonus room has 4’ high side walls that slope up to an approximate 11’-6” high ridge at the center. On the right side wall (with a shed roof over this exterior wall) at the deck and bath, this has an 8’ high side wall that then slopes up the approximate 11’-6” high ridge. At the vaulted bedroom, the left 4’ high side wall also slopes up the center ridge. At the window there is a dormer w/ 8’ high top plate that vaults up to approximately 9’ high ridge line.
