Question: What is the largest garage door height that this will accomodate?
Answer: Thank you for your interest in plan 41149. This plan is currently drawn with two 10’ wide by 12’ tall garage doors. If you have a specific garage door size you are looking to use we would be happy to review this design and provide a modification quote for incorporating custom sized garage doors.

Question: What are the ceiling dimensions of the upstairs bonus room?
Answer: Thank you for your interest in plan number 41149. The upstairs bonus room has 4’ high side walls that slope up to an approximate 11’-6” high ridge at the center. On the right side wall (with a shed roof over this exterior wall) at the deck and bath, this has an 8’ high side wall that then slopes up the approximate 11’-6” high ridge. At the vaulted bedroom, the left 4’ high side wall also slopes up the center ridge. At the window there is a dormer w/ 8’ high top plate that vaults up to approximately 9’ high ridge line.

    Elevations: Drawings which show the front, sides, and rear of the home, including exterior materials, trim sizes, roof pitches, etc.

    Main Floor Plan: Shows the placement and dimensions of all walls, doors, and windows. Includes the location of beams, ceiling heights, pertinent interior elevations, etc.

    Second Floor Plan (if any): Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Includes second floor framing and details.
