Q:I'm a DIY 1st time owner builder, love this look but I can't see enough detail here to make a decision before purchasing the plan,I would also want to add some footage by stretching the overall length about 16 feet, not changing the 24' span.do you have anymore photos or drawings you can share with me to help me get a better understanding of the structure, I'm not try to cheat on buying your plan just can't see quite enough detail to buy yet, thanks Glen Bronson

Q:Is this designed to be built with wood or steel frame? Can I use either? Any known issues building it a snowy climate like Michigan? If I pay for the license-to-build, can i take the plan and make the floor plan bigger. I do need to move the washer dryer to the main floor somewhere.
The plan is designed with wood frame .
There is no problem building it in snowy area , unless the roof joist( pre-fab) are calculeted for it .
We offer the modification services , but you can ask a local designer to do so .

Q:Could this be engineered for a flat view lot? Seems a little limited the way the layout is now, lends itself to a lot of excavating unless your lots land naturally fit the design
A:This plan have been design for a sloped lot . it could be modify ,but in this case all the living area (Kitchen , dining , living) would be upstairs .
