Previous Q & A
Previous Questions and Answers
Q:what is the design downstairs? It appears to be a basement. Also, can the front door be moved to the elevation with the stairs? It looks like a back door on this plan.
The unfinished walkout basement is the same as the first floor layout but with no divisions.
Not sure what they mean about moving the stairs but yes, the main elevation for this plan is the rear.

Q:comparing 4916 (fhp-65000) and 3901 (fhp-65142) reverse plan. Is there a difference? what are they? Other than style, what is the reason for the wall indentation in the main floor bedroom? is a plan available for completion of the basement level as an apt? if so, is a schematic available (on line or otherwise)? additional cost? thank you.
Actually, the only difference between the 2 plans is the right reading reverse and the stairs. Plan 65000 is adapted for the US seeing as the stairs are not angled.
I hope this helps!
