Q: What is the length and width of area designated as storage / stairway? Would heat/cool this space for something else. I would install pull down stair in garaged for attic access / storage.
A: The storage area under the existing stair and the stair on the main level is 10 ft 4 in by 3 ft 6 in. The main storage room on the front of the garage is 14 foot by 6 foot. Please contact me if I can be of further assistance. Robert
