A:The walkout basement has 1528 square feet of unfinished living area
The walkout is at the rear 2 French doors lead out under a covered deck
There are two windows at the side and mechanical us shown as well
NOTE the walk out version has been done on the Right Read Reverse only so if you want to order the plans not reversed expect a week delayed
