Plan Description
This new American plan has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the walkout basement. This plan features an open concept design includes a dedicated laundry room that opens to a mud room, a walk-in pantry, and main bedroom with a luxurious ensuite all located on the main floor.
