The traditional bungalow design naturally promotes energy efficiency and comfort by allowing heat to rise into the attic space during warmer months, helping maintain cooler living areas below. Combined with the compact footprint and efficient room arrangement, this home offers affordable construction and economical long-term living.
Available with basement, crawlspace, or slab foundation options, this flexible Craftsman bungalow adapts well to a variety of lot conditions and regional preferences.
