The front and back porches on this farmhouse add a great deal of charm to the home in addition to providing expansive outdoor living areas. Once inside the home, the open floor plan and logical traffic flow enable to home to “live” larger than the actual square footage. The island kitchen, while secluded from the foyer, becomes the focal point of the home, with unobstructed views towards the family room and dining area. A: Thanks for contacting us. Yes, I definitely suggest that you order the concept package. The plans will need to be redrawn/revised by a local architect in order to meet the local codes.
