Our new Farmhouse Plan With 3 Car Attached Garage offers 2360 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 3 car garage which is accessed from the side and located in the rear of the house. Also in the back is a covered porch with outdoor fireplace. Open French doors to enter a living room with coffered ceiling and another cozy fireplace. The kitchen has a large island, and the adjoining dining room also boasts special ceiling treatments. Behind the kitchen reside two bedrooms, utility room, walk-in pantry, and a half bath which opens to the porch for easy access.
