New American Style House Plan #40386 is a one-story design with 1800 sq ft of living space, 3 beds, 2 baths, and a 2 car, side load garage. Choose beautiful exterior finishes like the silver metal roof and the white vertical siding to achieve this look. In addition to the front covered porch, we have a back covered porch measuring 17' wide by 11'3 deep. The living room is enhanced by a fireplace and a vaulted ceiling. Find a good-sized island in the kitchen and share a meal in the sunny dining room. Beds 2 and 3 reside on the right side of the floor plan and share a bathroom. The master suite resides on the opposite side of the home and includes a large ensuite and walk-in closet that is attached to the laundry room.What's Included?
