Q:Why is there a corner wall on the kitchen that is in the living room and dining room area is it decorative or structural? Could the kitchen just be open without that corner.
A:That post is required with the attic version of the plan. If you don't need the attic the post can be removed.

Q:Do the plans include a plumbing page and an electrical page?
A:The plumbing fixtures are shown on the floor plans. There is an electrical page that shows all fixtures and outlets. But there are no rough plumbing or electrical diagrams.

Q:What are the dimensions of the utility room and primarily the pantry?
A:The overall inside dimensions of the Utility Room, including the Pantry and Living Room closet are 9'-11" X 11'-4 1/2". The outside dimensions of the Pantry are 3'-3 1/2" X 8'-4 1/2".
