Previous Q & A
Q:What is the height measurement of this home from the garage floor to the highest point of the finished roof? The town I hope to build in limits the garage openings to be no more than 40% of the total front of the home? Can you tell me the width of the garage doors so I can calculate if these plan meets the towns requirements?

A:Hello,
This plan can work with some adjustments to a few of the details. It will be tough for me to say exactly what will need to be modified without getting some additional details, such as a typographical map of the site. It almost seems like the best thing to do would be to find a local structural engineer that could help them get all the details dialed in.
Thanks,
