This Craftsman style, two-car garage plan boasts a living area abundant with possibilities. The first floor has a standard, two-car garage, with double-garage doors and a 9' ceiling. At the back of the garage is the entry to the living area, also accessible from the covered storage area. Just past a welcoming entry nook, is a laundry room with storage and a full bath, convenient also for cleaning up after outdoor activities. Up the stairs is a bright, open loft with tall vaulted ceilings. There is a full kitchen with an island, a large office, full bath, and large walk-in closet. Just off the loft is a deck large enough for a grill and outdoor seating with room left over. This plan is a great option to use as a home office, guest house, or even to rent out as an apartment.
