Contemporary Style Garage Plan

This Garage plan is perfect for the motor enthusiast. The double-decker twelve car garage plan is on a sloped lot and can be accessed from the front of the garage or to the rear, down below. The second and lower half of the garage is considered to be a daylight basement, with a fireplace and storage area. This large garage has six 9' by 8' doors. The deck wrapping all the way around to the back half of the garage make for excellent views on your hillside lot.

Section: A drawing of a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation.

Electrical Plan: A schematic layout of all lighting and electrical outlets.
