Q:Does the plan show the location of the furnace and hot water heater?
A:We do not provide the HVAC/plumbing if the customer is not in Louisiana, Texas, or Mississippi due to local HVAC codes, climatic requirements and commonly used systems varying throughout the country. The direction of how water flow will enter the home or where the electrical feed will enter will vary from case to case. For this reason, it is impossible to provide universal plans. Your local HVAC and plumbing contractors will determine the best layout for the design.

A:No we do not have any grading plans. We do have a slab foundation plan.
Q:What is the size of bathroom #2 and the bedroom 1 and 2 closet size
A:bath #2 is 7’-2” wide x 7’-7 ½” deep. We don’t have any bedrooms called bedroom 1.
Master bedroom closet is 10’-8” x 6’, bedrooms 2 and 3 closets are the same size at 7’-2” x 2’.
