Acadian Home Plan With Outdoor Kitchen, 3535 Sq Ft, 4 Bed, 4 Bath and a 3 Car Garage
Acadian Home Plan 41433 has 3,535 square feet of heated living space. This luxury floor plan displays 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. In addition, enjoy entertaining in the great outdoors in your kitchen on the back porch. Gather around the outdoor fireplace on cold winter days or sip sweet tea on the wraparound front porch in the summer. Large families will purchase this home because it has a three-car garage and large functional work spaces.
Acadian Home Plan Exterior Tour
The exterior is everything you would want in a French Country Home. Antique-style lanterns hang from the porch, and rocking chairs invite you to sit down with a glass of sweet tea. The roof features three charming doghouse dormers. White painted brick siding reflects the sunlight and helps to keep the interior of the house cool. Gray shutters are a subtle color contrast. We love the thick wooden columns spanning the front porch. Red bricks on the steps add a pop of color.
In the rear of Acadian Home Plan 41433, we find that the depth of the covered porch is 19'8. Homeowners love this porch because children can play here. Large outdoor dining tables will fit, not to mention the biggest grill you can buy. Notice the small bathroom which is accessed from the porch. Parents will appreciate cutting down on the foot traffic going in and out in need of bathroom breaks. Access the back porch from the French doors in the great room.
Split Floor Plan and Open Living Space
As you enter the home, the formal dining room is adjacent to the foyer. On your right side is the home office which measures 13'10 wide by 11'10 deep. Moving forward, we love the gas log fireplace and the surrounding shelves where family heirlooms can be displayed. Finish the kitchen with shaker cabinets and your favorite stone counter tops. The island eating bar offers a place to sit down for a snack, and it’s a wonderful prep space for the cook. When it comes to storage, the walk-in pantry measures 5' wide by 8'2 deep.
The master suite is located privately in the left, rear portion of Acadian Home Plan 41433. The bedroom measures 17' wide by 17' deep which is a generous size. Next, the ensuite offers a private water closet, his and her vanities, makeup counter, linen closet, freestanding tub, and separate shower. However, let’s get to the best part! The master closet is huge. It measures 18'6 wide by 10' deep, and it's connected to the laundry room. The laundry room is large and functional with a broom closet and counter for folding clothes.

Q:Hello! Does this floor plan offer a basement option? PERFECTION if it does! (Except for coffered ceilings in master bedroom and dining room... do coffered ceilings have to happen if they are part of a floor plan?) Many thanks! I look forward to hearing back from you.

We do not have a basement option for this design. It would have to be sent to a third party modifier if they want that done. And no the coffered ceilings can be adjusted with their contractor or just get the third party modifier to remove that detail since they would get the basement done at the same time.
