Q: I asked yesterday but still haven't heard from anyone; What window manufacturers make the tilt out window like you have over the bar that opens up to the back porch on this plan? Q: Looking at the floor plan it’s hard to see what materials your suggesting. Would you be using engineered lumber such as TJI joist or would you call for demential lumber?
A: Good morning, We do 18” floor trusses. It should call it out in the sections.
Q: I need help visualizing the Kitchen space area with open bay window to the patio. Listed is 13-8 x 19 on the house plan drawing. How much actual space is the (triangular) portion from open bay window to the edge of Island? Do you have a photo of one that has been built to help see this unique kitchen. Thank you kindly.
A: Distance from corner of bay window to side of center island is approximately 6'-6".
