Roof Plan: provides a bird's eye view of the roof's valleys, ridges and dormers, if applicable.

A: Hi , The CAD files consist of AutoCad version 2004 files containing the plans, sections, elevations, details, site plan, cover sheet, title block and details. The download also includes photos of the home, fonts that may be needed, plot files, and a PDF set of the construction drawings. As far as content of the drawings, this set (T325) contains a cover sheet with images of the home, site plan, main and upper architectural floor plans, foundation/floor framing plan, upper level floor and roof framing plan, and upper roof framing plan, Elevations of all four sides, six building sections, and a few detail sheets It does not include a lighting plan or interior elevations. The plan set is engineered for an original location, and likely will need to be checked by an engineer for local code compliance, as familyhomeplans also mentions on their site. The files are typically provided the same day that the customer returns the one page user license agreement that is sent out when we receive the order. Thank you! Dave
