With a single story and 1395 sq. ft. of space, this plan is perfect for simple Country living. Boasting Three Bedrooms all along the right side of the home, this is also a great choice for a vacation home or getaway. The Owners Suite has a rather large walk in closet and even bigger bathroom, with its own separate shower and bathtub. The two neighboring bedrooms share a bathroom between them, with access through the hallway from the Living Room. Increasing the visualization of space without increasing the square footage, the left side of the home that is made up of the Living, Dining and Kitchen area are all Vaulted.
