Q: Could you tell me what color and kind of siding this is?

A: This siding is 8" vertical board and batten vinyl siding w/ all trims and closures. We do not specify on our plans beyond these basics. The color is not specified as it was something picked for the renderings and does not necessarily match a company's color choices.

Q: Walkout basement: 1) What is the height of the walls? 2) Do you have any images showing the walkout basement from the rear of the home and showing how it walks out? 3) Will you send a picture showing the location of the staircase on the main floor? Do you lose the safe room?

A: Good Morning! Our basement option will show 9' poured concrete walls. We do not have any images currently. It will walk out on the back of the house. I will attach a floor plan showing the basement stairway. It adds some square footage. The new square footage is 2079. Yes, we changed the safe room to a closet. (sales rep is Bonnie)
