The kitchen, dining area and living room are open and have access th the garage and the rear deck. The front entrance is protected by a small covered porch. A: Hey Chris, we do not offer a study set. We can do modifications if you like or discuss any changes you want to make to the plans. We offer our plans with a truss roof or stick built roof. Our exterior walls are 4”.
A: Thanks for your interest in our plan. If you switch the kitchen and living room it will cause some adjustments to be made, plumbing, location of the kitchen sink, front door location and windows may change. It is a do able project change though. The roof should not be a problem if it is done correctly with flashing at the step downs.
