Q:Can I see the other 3 side elevations before I buy this plan do I have to buy 2 sets if I want reversed both ways? Also is there a window in the bricks? its not shown on the elevation that y'all show
A:Attached are the elevations. You are right our published elevation does not show the kitchen window. Are you building the house once and do not know which direction you are going to settle on? If so, you can pay the reverse fee and get a reversed copy. If you plan on a multi-build then you would need to purchase an addition build license to geta straight and reversed plan.
Q:What year and building codes does this meet. I need to have 2015 or 2018 stamped on the plans. Can you do that if I order?
A:Hey, sorry for the late response. We draw our plans to the 2018 NC Residential Building Code(2015 International Building Code for one and two family dwellings). If you need anything different we can do it but we charge a fee to update it.
