A: The roof pitch is 12:12. Stick roof structure means the roof would be framed on the building site. Trusses are manufactured at the truss site and delivered to job site for installation. Our plan is drawn stock with stick built roof rafters designed to hold a 20 pound per square foot of live load and a 10 PSF of dead load. You could put a truss roof on and they would be designed locally to withstand the snow load of Quebec.
A: Roughly 22' 9", there is some attic storage accessed with a disappearing staircase.
