Q & A
Ask the Designer any question you may have. NOTE: If you have a plan modification question, please click on the Plan Modifications tab above.
Previous Q & A
Q:What are the dimensions of the garage doors? The rendered photo shows what looks like a brick veneer at the base of the garage. Is there a brick ledge built into the perimeter of the foundation to hold the brick veneer in place?
A:9’ X 7’ dimensions for the garage doors. Our typical wall section for a stem wall slab will not show brick. If a monolithic slab is shown, we can add a brick ledge.
Q:the wall between the 2 garage doors how wide is it? I need it to be 3 feet to accommodate plumbing. I have a duplex I need to use this wall for laundry for both tenants. Each tenant would get to use 12 feet of space.
A:The wall that separates the two garage doors is 2 feet. The plans will need to be modified.
Q:How detailed is your slab foundation page? (footer layout?)
Karl Powell
A:We have a detail sheet that gives the footing dimensions, we also have a foundation sheet.
