A: This garage has 9' walls now so there is room for the taller garage doors the way I have the foundation plan detailed. If you decide to go with a monolithic slab on grade, you may have to increase the wall height a little bit.
A: I do not see any that are exactly 30'x36', but have several that are close. You might take a look at the following plans: 49016 49149 49162 49164 49165 There is an option by these plans that says something like "more plans by this designer." If you select that option you will see all of my garage plans. If you cannot find one you like, perhaps we can talk about modifying one that is closest to what you are looking for.
