A: Hello,
On a simple building of this size, there are really only two things to engineer; the footings and the garage door header. The garage door header is in a non-load bearing wall so it is only 2-2x12's. The footings are 24" wide by 8" thick, this size is adequate for the worst case soil conditions.
What I have given you is provided on the drawings, but there are not calculations provided on the drawings if that is what you are asking for. If you are asking me if the drawings have been sealed by an architect or engineer, they are not. If that is necessary for you to obtain a building permit you will need to take the drawings to somebody locally for that.

A: You can either order the plans in reverse to get the door on the other side or have the carpenters move it during construction. That is an easy field change. The plans do come with a foundation plan.
