A: Hello, These plans include wall sections from the footings to the trusses. The details will show the details for the footings, foundation wall, floor system, wall framing and roof construction. These plans do not have a joist layout or a truss layout. The joist size and spacing is specified though. The truss supplier will proved a truss layout with the trusses.
A: Yes, the floor will support a stack washer and dryer if you can find the space for it. Currently, there is a see through fireplace between the sitting room and bedroom. You can alter that arrangement if you like.
