What's Included?

These blueprints will include building specifications, foundation plan, floor plans, exterior elevations, electrical plans, interior cabinet elevations, wall sections and stair details. Some of the larger plans will have additional details.

All plans have been drawn to meet the requirements of the national building codes. Your builder will be able to determine if minor modifications may need to be made to the plans to meet the local building code requirements including any subdivision requirements.

A: Hello,

Yes, these plans include an electrical layout that shows the suggested locations of outlets, switches and light fixtures.

I indicate the drywall and insulation on this plan to be optional and it is included on the material list. Since the garage has 10' walls, I show the plans to be constructed with 2x6 exterior studs. With 2x6 walls I show an R-19 r-value on the insulation.
