What's Included?

Q: a couple of questions if you please. A. is the upstairs and roofing an engineered truss system? B. Can this be built on a 2' high foundation for additional ceiling height? C. Can it be built on a slab with additional ceiling height using 2"x6" walls? Thanks.....Chuck

A: Chuck, Thank you for your interest in our plans. The plans do call out for pre-engineered trusses which would have to be designed locally by a truss manufacturer. There also are TJI floor joists that make up the middle section of the second floor. Any modifications to the slab, foundation walls, or wall heights to create additional ceiling heights would have to be modified locally. We do have a 2x6 version available for that plan. Also we have a reproducible vellum and CAD file available that would make modifications easier. You can take either of those options to a local design professional to make the changes for you.
