A: There is an attic space above the third level but since the roof is made of engineered roof trusses the attic isn’t considered as usable space.
A: There's a complete foundation plan with wall and footing sizes, top of wall levels with a foundation wall legend, structure, etc. For this triplex, there isn't a basement because the ground floor level is a floor that's a concrete slab on grade. Boilers, AC, HVAC, etc. are all determined by sub-contractors so there's nothing regarding these items on the plans.
A: Greetings, I'll try to explain this as best I can, but first thing that will help you understand is that the arrow heads in the staircases are either blank or dark. If the arrow head is blank, it means it leads upstairs and if it's dark it leads downstairs. When you look at the image of the exterior, you see concrete stairs that leads to the main front entrance. That main front entrance (inside the building) has a set of 6 steps (to the left side of the staircase) that leads to the 2nd floor. If we remain in the main front entrance, the set of steps to the right side of the staircase (dark arrow head) leads to the ground floor level which is literally at the ground level because there's no basement. The ground floor is a concrete slab directly on top of the finished grade. By the way, if you look at the image of the exterior, you can see at the ground floor level on the right side of the building a door (with a little roof) that leads inside/outside. Back to the main front entrance, you have that set of 6 steps that leads to the 2nd floor (explained earlier), then there's another set of steps (beside the right side window) that leads up to a landing (it's located at the front where there's a window directly above the main entrance door) and then there's a final set of 6 steps that leads up to the 3rd floor. I hope this explaination was clear. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
