Our plans are sold across the country, so it's not possible for us to meet local code requirements. To maintain usability, we allow for those details to be decided by local engineers and contractors so they can meet your code requirements.).

A: Roughly 25' X 19' of space with an 8' ceiling
A: The roof is framed with a combination of trusses and stick framing. I do not have a specific framing plan laid out. The truss manufacture will provide their own set of drawings for their trusses. The plans were designed for the north central climate zone.
