Q:Will the plans come with an idea of lumber required. I like this plan and I am going to have lumber milled from trees I took off of my lot. It would be helpful to have and idea of quantity and lumber dimensions needed to build this.
A:i can get a material list done by an outside company. The cost is 400.00 and they are running around a 4 week lead time.

A:Yes, i would just remove the back concrete wall and build it with a stud wall. Likely add a door under the upper patio, and maybe another window in the garage.
Q:Could you give me the dimensions on the roof pitch please. We are curious what the backside looks like. Not sure if the roof pitch matches the front because of the porch. Thank you, Christine
