Q: Do you have a 3-car garage option and if so can you please send me a pic?
A: We do not have a 3 car option readily available for this plan. The plans could be modified to a 3 car simply by extending the garage forward to allow for another door. Click the "Modification" link to inquire about a price and timeframe.
Q: Can you please let me know the following: interior kitchen dimensions including the island, lengths of counters and short walls if possible. Thank you!

Q: Is there any issue with reducing ceiling height to a 9' plate.
A: It can be done, but it is a fairly extensive modification. Window and door sizes/heights will have to be changed as well as the entire roof. If you are interested, click the modification link for a quote.

A: Side walls are approximately 5' tall and slope up to a 9' ceiling.
Q: I love this house but we are looking for closer to 2000 ft.². Do you have one with three bedrooms with the same look?
A: Check out plan 56912. It is a smaller square footage and the exterior could easily be modified to have the same type of dormer configuration as the 51993 plan.
Q: What are the dimensions of the 2nd and 3rd bedroom closets?
A: Both are approximately 3'x6'.
