Q: Is the front / rear windows simply there for decoration? No second floor or access? I am looking for a 4 car plan with second floor access. This would be perfect if available. Thank you. Chris

A: The garage has a pull down stair to the attic. The windows are decorative for a limited storage attic. If you want access by permanent stair then the windows become egress windows. We can do the modifications for $300. Please allow 2-3 wks.
