A: Good Afternoon, Questions 1: The window above the garage is decorative only. There is no bonus room. Questions 2: The labeling of the bedrooms on the marketing image is a typo. It should be marked as Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 Thanks!
A: The basement is under the whole house except the porch and garage. It is built with 2 x 6 walls The trusses are not pre-engineered. There is no attic space above the garage. The window in the gable is decorative not functional. I hope that this answers the questions!
A: The roof pitch on the left side of the house is 8/12. The pitch on the right side is 5/12.
