Q: What is the rectangle box drawn across from the kitchen island between the kitchen and the family room?

A: It is another island cabinet. This is called a double island kitchen

Q: What type of exterior materials in photo?

A: It is shown with cedar shakes that can be either a wood or composite product. It can be stained with wood or painted with a composite material.

Q: Would it be an actual modification to the plan to take out the fireplace and just replace with gas fireplaces? or could I just look at the plans myself and take out the fireplace without messing with any of the structural integrity of home?

A: It would not require a modification. We actually do not spec gas or wood so you could put in what you want

Q: Love the floor plan but 2800-3000 sqft is my budget. Does this plan have common modifications that would reduce sq ft? Also, do you have additional pictures that you could share of this plan?
