A: Hello, See plan 59177. Its a craftsman version of a very similar floor plan. It just doesnt have the larger breakfast area, and a few other minor things, such as front entry garage.
59177 comes with a full unfinished basement, and no bonus room. The basement doesnt have any exterior windows or doors, so those can be added onsite with the builder, or we can modify the plans to include them.
Plan 59177 could be modified to meet your needs, so check it out and let us know if you would like to consider changes.
